Samboan is in the southernmost tip of Cebu Province which is divided by the Tañon Strait from Negros Oriental. It is a gateway to Dumaguete and also a four hours boat ride to Dipolog in Mindanao.
Was able to manage hopping two equally captivating waterfalls out of the eight due to limited time. The water is crystal clear, super clean and refreshing, mantled with lush vegetation accented with intricate rock formations... A Template for Great Adventure!
If you are coming from Manila, it is more convenient to fly to Dumaguete and take a ferry ride crossing the Tañon Strait to Bato, Samboan. From Cebu City, hop in on a Ceres Bus going to Bato via Oslob at the South Bus Terminal.
